Customer activity
In the Customer Activity screen, you can see and manage details about a customer, such as payments, credit memos, and sales.
Click a customer record in the Customers screen to see customer activity and to edit a customer record.
From this screen, you can do the following.
- Edit customer information.
- Add sales.
- Apply payments.
- View payments and sales.
- See outstanding balances and past due balances.
- Outstanding balances are listed for each invoice in the Outstanding column.
- The outstanding and past due balances owed for all invoices for the customer are listed in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Send links to customers for Mercado Pago payments.
- See the status (active or expired) of customers' Mercado Pago payment links.
- Send invoices.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
