Delete debit memos applied to bills
You may need to delete a debit memo applied to a bill if, for example, the debit memo was applied to the wrong bill or the wrong charges were applied to the debit memo.
Notes
- You can delete a debit memo applied to a bill even if the bill has payments applied.
- If the debit memo has payments applied, those payments will become unapplied after you delete the debit memo.
- In the Bills screen
To open the Bills screen, click Bills in the navigation panel.

- Click Delete Debit Memo.
- At the prompt, click Yes.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
