Print debit memos applied to sales

When you save and authorize a debit memo that you apply to an invoice, OnBalance saves the debit memo as a PDF file and opens the file in a new tab in your browser..

In the new tab that opens in your browser, save or print the PDF file.

Notes

You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view and print the PDFs. If you have difficulty opening a PDF, you might need to download and install the latest version of the Adobe Reader from the Adobe Reader download site.
You can view or copy the document in the local downloads folder on your computer.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
