Employees

In the Employees screen, you can manage your employees' payslips and other documents.

To open the Employees screen, click Employees in the navigation panel.

  • See which payslips are signed and unsigned.
  • See the status of the certificate request for each employee.

    If you want your employee's digital signature certificate to be valid, you should enter the information to encode the website to check and approve your employee's digital signature certificate requests.

  • Send reminder email messages to employees who have not registered their account or signed their payslips.
  • Download payslips and other documents.
  • View signature status and disagreement messages.

    Note: To view disagreement messages for an employee, click the employee in the list, and then click a payroll period.

  • Make employees inactive.
  • View or hide inactive employees.
  • Delete unsigned payslips and other documents. 

    Note: If you delete a digital payslip or other document, you cannot recover it.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
