Delete a recurring sale

You may want to stop automatically creating a sale if you no longer bill a customer on a recurring basis or the recurring sale has been paid in full. To have OnBalance stop automatically creating the sale, you can delete the recurrence.

Note: You can delete a recurring sale only if the recurring sale you set up has not yet generated any sales. If you've already generated a sale, you can inactivate the recurring sale.

To delete a recurring sale, follow these steps.

  1. Select a recurring sale for editing
  2. Click Delete at the bottom of the screen.
  3. At the prompt, click Yes.
