Add services

You can add information about your services to OnBalance so that you can apply that information when you add sales.

Notes

  • Price and unit of measure are not required.
  • You can manually add or change a price whenever you enter a new sale. Prices you enter while adding a new sale are a one-time override and do not change prices you have set up in the Products & Services screen.
  1. From the company setup menu, choose Products & Services.
  2. Select New Service.

  3. Enter the required information.

    Note: If your company is a VAT registered business, select the VAT rate in the VAT Rate field.

  4. Click Save.
