View third-party checks

You can see and manage your third-party checks in the Third Party Checks screen.

  1. Click Transactions in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click Manage > Checks.
  3. Click Third Party Checks.

    Note: In the Manage Checks screen, you can filter checks by state or by all states.

  4. If you want to see more information about a specific check, click the row for that check.

    • Portfolio: The third-party check is available to pay expenses, to deposit, or for other movements.
    • Handed: The third-party check has been exchanged for cash or used to pay an expense or a vendor.
    • Deposited: The third-party check has been deposited to your financial account.
    • Rejected: The third-party check has been rejected. You can register the rejection of the check and specify the payment method that the customer used in order to replace the check.
    • Returned: The third-party check was returned because of the rejection. You can register the return of the check and specify the payment method that the customer used in order to replace the check.

Note: Once you move third-party checks from in portfolio, the status changes to handed or deposited, and the checks will not be available to use in another transaction.
