Enter an absence notification or request

In the Create Absence Panel, you can enter information to notify your employer of an absence from work.

  1. Click Absences in the navigation panel.
  2. Click Absence Notification.
  3. Enter the absence information.

    Note:

    • If the absence date is after the current date, this is considered an absence request.
    • If the absence date is before the current date, this is considered an absence notification to your employer.
  4. Optional: Upload a certificate of your absence by doing one of the following.
    • Drag a copy of the certificate to the Upload Certificates section.
    • Click Browse For File, navigate to the certificate on your computer, and click Open.

  5. Click Save.
