Add a team goal

You can add goals for your team to help with your team performance and evaluation.

Note: You can access the Team Goal screen only if you set goals for employees or evaluate employees.

  1. Click Team Performance in the navigation panel.
  2. Click the My Team tab.
  3. Click New Team Goal.
  4. Optional: If the goal is similar to another team goal, you can import the goal information by clicking Import From Other Goal, selecting the other goal, clicking Confirm, and clicking Yes.
  5. Enter the information.

    Note: If you imported the information from another goal, enter the remaining information, if desired.

  6. Click Save.
