Add a team goal
You can add goals for your team to help with your team performance and evaluation.
Note: You can access the Team Goal screen only if you set goals for employees or evaluate employees.
- Click Team Performance in the navigation panel.
 - Click the My Team tab.
 - Click New Team Goal.
 - Optional: If the goal is similar to another team goal, you can import the goal information by clicking Import From Other Goal, selecting the other goal, clicking Confirm, and clicking Yes.
 - Enter the information.
Note: If you imported the information from another goal, enter the remaining information, if desired.
 - Click Save.
