Edit recurring bills
You may need to change the recurrence of a bill if, for example, you want to change the payment amount or the recurrence end date.
When you change a recurring bill, you do not need to enable the recurrence again. Once you set the recurrence, it is active until you make it inactive.
Note: Changing the information on a recurring bill does not change the information on any bills already generated by it. The changes will take effect only on new bills generated after you make the changes.

To edit a recurring bill, do one of the following.
- In the Bills screen,
click the row for the bill you want to change, and then click View Recurrence.
To open the Bills screen, click Bills in the navigation panel.

- From the company setup menu, choose Recurring Items, click the Bills tab, and then click the row for the recurring item you want to change.
- In the Bills screen,

- Click Save.
