View recurring bills

Once you have set up recurring bills, you can view and manage those bills in several ways.

Recurring Items screen

  1. From the company setup menu, choose Recurring Items.

    Note: This screen lists all of your recurring bills.

  2. Click the Bills tab.
  3. To view details of a recurring bill, click the row for the recurring bill.

Notes

  • Mark the Include Inactive checkbox to see inactive recurring bills in the list. Inactive recurring bills appear in italicized text in the list.
  • Mark the Include Past End Date checkbox to see recurring bills that are past their due date.
  • Use the Search Recurring Items field to find a recurring bill in the list.

Bills screen

In the Bills screen, all recurring bills are indicated by next to the invoice.

To view details of recurring bills, click the row for the recurring bill.

Notes

  • The recurring bill will be for the same vendor, service, and amount each month.
  • The application completes the Sales Point and Bill Number fields when you set up the recurrence. If you do not change this number, you will be prompted to change the number to 00000 when you save the bill.

You should review the Bills screen to manage and manually pay your recurring bills.
