Send credit memos to customers
When you save and authorize a credit memo that you apply to an invoice, the application saves the credit memo as a PDF file. You can then send the PDF file to your customer.
- In the Sales screen,
To open the Sales screen, click Sales in the navigation panel.
For more information, see Sales.
- Confirm or change the information in the panel that opens.
- Click Send.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
