Set up Mercado Libre

You can connect to Mercado Libre to help you keep track of customer payments, available monies, and Mercado Libre charges.

When you set up your Mercado Libre account, OnBalance creates Mercado Libre as a vendor.

Connect account

Sales Options screen

1. From the company setup menu,

   To open your company setup menu, click your company name in the upper-right corner.

   For more information, see company setup menu.

   choose Sales Options.
2. In the Mercado Libre setup section, click Connect.
3. Enter your Mercado Libre user and password information.
4. Authorize OnBalance to access your Mercado Libre account.
5. Read the information about the payment process, and click OK.
6. Click Save.

The Mercado Libre section will indicate that you are successfully connected.

If your account is not connected to Mercado Libre, you can connect the account in the Mercado Libre Orders screen.

When prompted that you are not connected to Mercado Libre, click the link in the message, and follow the prompts to connect the account.

Disconnect account

If you no longer want to accept Mercado Libre orders, you can disconnect the account from OnBalance.

1. From the company setup menu,

   To open your company setup menu, click your company name in the upper-right corner.

   For more information, see company setup menu.

   choose Sales Options.
2. In the Mercado Libre setup section, click Disconnect.
3. Click OK.
