View own checks

If you have issued your own checks from your checking account for transactions, you can see and manage the own checks in the Manage Checks screen.

  1. Click Transactions in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click Manage > Checks.
  3. Click Own Checks.

    Note: In the Manage Checks screen, you can filter checks by state or by all states.

  4. If you want to see more information about a specific check, click the row for that check.

    • Handed: The check has been exchanged for cash or used to pay an expense or a vendor.
    • Deposited: The check has been deposited to your financial account.
    • Rejected: The check has been rejected. You can register the rejection of the check and specify the payment method that you used in order to replace the check.
    • Annulled: The check was annulled. You can register the annulment of the check and specify the payment method that you used in order to replace the check.
