Download tax and accounting reports

In the Reports screen, you can download reports to help you keep track of tax compliance requirements and to maintain your accounting books in OnBalance.

  1. Click Reports in the navigation panel.
  2. In the Tax or Accounting section, select the period for which you want to generate the report.
  3. Click Download or Generate to select the report you want to view.

SAS companies: When you generate a Journal Entries report, you can enter the Hash of your previous digital Journal Entry book in the Previous Hash field, and OnBalance will display that number in the header of the report.

  4. SICORE reports: In the panel that opens, click the option for the date range that you want to download, and click OK.

Journal Entries reports: In the panel that opens, enter the dates for the report, the initial page number (or modify the number), and the previous Hash (if desired), and then click Download & Close.

  5. Optional: Click Print to download the PDF for local storage or to print the report.

Note: You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view and print the PDFs. If you have difficulty opening a PDF, you might need to download and install the latest version of the Adobe Reader from the Adobe Reader download site.
