Sign digital payslips from different computers

You can sign your digital payslips anywhere and anytime. When you download your digital signature certificate, OnBalance saves an encrypted and secure copy in the application.

To sign a payslip, enter your login email and password to log in to OnBalance and Recibos Link, and then enter your signature password.

Note: Remember that your password is personal, so you must not share it.

If Recibos Link is not installed in the computer you are using, OnBalance will require you to download and install it. To access Recibos Link, log in with your OnBalance credentials when required.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your employer's OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
