Sign digital payslips from a shared computer (more than one user)

You can sign your digital payslips safely from computers that are used by more than one user. In the authentication process, OnBalance confirms your identity with your login password and, while signing your payslips, with your signature password.

To sign a payslip. enter your login email and password to log in to OnBalance and Recibos Link, and then enter your signature password.

Note: Remember that your password is personal, so you must not share it.

OnBalance saves an encrypted and secure copy of your digital signature certificate in the application, so you can download it in your personal computer or save the certificate in portable memory devices for added security.

If Recibos Link is not installed in the computer you are using, OnBalance will require you to download and install it. To access Recibos Link, you should log in with your OnBalance credentials when required.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your employer's OnBalance contract and/or configuration.
